Singapore: Day 49

On Friday, we had our last class at NUS. We learned about Singapore's political system and received our grades at the very end of class. It was a frustrating experience for everyone, of course, because the professor's dislike for us was apparent in the grades we received. I was upset as well-- however we could do nothing but to accept our grades.

We had a short hour break in between class and the field-trip. I ordered a laksa once again from the canteen, and as always it was delicious!

Sorry for the blurriness-- my camera was fogging up :(
After class, we had a field-trip to the Marina Barrage, Punggol, and Punggol Waterway.

A group of us went to a Pub Crawl afterwards, but I opted for the food festival at the Marina with Emily and Laney. I usually don't consume alcohol when I am at Berkeley, but I've been drinking more in Singapore to the point of being tired.

Our complete meal!
After dinner, we walked over to Gardens by the Bay. It was a magnificent experience, because we chanced upon the Gardens' beautiful light shows. The majestic tree-like figures combined with the ethereal music created an unforgettable moment.
